As Chairman my primary role is to ensure that the board is effective in its tasks of setting and implementing the company’s direction and strategy. In addition to supporting the chief executive I act as the company’s representative for presentation of the company’s aims and policies to the outside world. The Company can call upon my fifty three years experience in the City. - Peter Armour
